The Q Revo is a great choice if you're looking for an affordable robot vacuum and mop. It has a great mopping performance but lacks some of the features of its more expensive counterpart.
During tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats out of medium-pile carpets. It does not use LIDAR, however, as cheaper models do, to map your home.
1. iRobot Roomba S9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the best-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is built into the charging base. This robot can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to ensure you have a hands-free experience.
It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automated cleaning process at the touch of a button. You can select an overall clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger particles like cereal and rice. You can also select two detailed mappings to ensure that your home is completely cleaned.
This robot vacuum performs well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can remove pet hair and clean big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot promises that the next models will be better.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt an open-fronted, flat-fronted design, which will allow it to hug walls and furniture. It's a nice improvement over the hockey puck-like design of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with a superior filtration system that blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. It's a nice premise, however, we're not convinced that it's enough to justify the price tag.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors to store the layout of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior of your home. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers and also to clean your whole home efficiently possible. 2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robot that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those found on more expensive models. Its mopping system is superior as its spinning pads scrub floors more effectively than a vibrating pad.
The only downside is that it lacks a second rubber brush to provide more thorough cleaning, but it's a small cost to pay if want to get one of the best robots on the market. The robo-vac's tank for dust is larger than many of its competitors and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the maximum dirt level.
For the mopping device, I was awestruck with its ability to remove hard-to-clean dirt from my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the higher-powered ones create minimal noise, allowing you to work or watch TV without interruption. It will gently hit furniture or walls and then move on if it comes across one.
What makes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost autonomously with very little need for user intervention. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and automatically transfers trash into a hidden bin. It also washes and dries the clean water tank. The app will only alert you when something is not right for example, low water levels or a canceled vacuuming session due to an empty bin.
You can also design and merge actual rooms to customize the way that Q Revo treats your abode. That's a handy feature to have if you have several rooms in your home that have different floor materials or if there's a lot of clutter that must be cleaned out frequently, like toys, clothes, and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best performers in my tests, picking up debris on both carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first attempt. It can also remove wet spills however I would recommend drying them using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.

It also has a new sensor system that is able to better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture or other objects.
The most notable improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its modern, sleeker design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet high and deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This model is also more efficient than the X1, as it has faster battery charging and can complete a cleaning of around 1,500 square feet with just one charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris, making it easier to empty when required.
The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that can be used even when you're at home. It also has an intelligent routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a predetermined route.
The Omni Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any robot we've tested because of its mop pads rotating to clean tough stains away and a motor that generates plenty of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also top-notch, and it boosts suction when it senses a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It has a large, rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven days. The mopping feature of the robot is also very effective.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technology to help you map out your home. This helps the robot mop and vacuum efficiently without getting stuck. The LIDAR assists the robot vacuum to avoid obstacles and identify them, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or children.
